Finally, the book is out. I could not secure financing to make the movie, so I wrote the book in the hope that one day it’ll lead to the movie.
I am nervous. I feel like I am letting my child go to the world, to be judged by strangers. I don’t know whether it’ll be a success or a failure, it’s out of my control now, but I know I did the best I could.
Final editing was a real pain, mainly because of the responsibility coming with the concept “final.”
It is not a big book, and you could read it quickly, during a flight for example. Something to take your mind off while you are standing in line for a security check shoeless, beltless, waterless, and clueless.
Publicani is an action thriller about a law-abiding family suddenly fighting for their lives and their country because the government decided that one of them should share her intellect with others.
