Interesting day at the main library in downtown Tampa yesterday.

I called and let them know I would be there campaigning for Dr. Paul at 5:30. They said they weren’t sure if that was permitted. I assured them it was and asked them to call me back if there was a problem. They called back. They said I couldn’t interfere with anyone coming and going and implied I was not allowed to be there. I said great, I had no intention of impeding the entrance or doing anything of the sort. They said but…..I said thank you for calling.

I arrived at the library at 5 PM. Just me, my handbills and a few Hope For America signs.

Within minutes a librarian came out and asked if I had a permit. I told her I had a first amendment permit. She proceeded to tell me I was not allowed to pass out handbills in front of the entrance. I informed her that unless she could provide library policy in writing saying I was not permitted to be there, she had nothing more to say to me and she should have a nice day.

I proceeded with passing out info as she stood by dumbfounded.

10 minutes later she comes back with a supervisor and two Hillsborough County Sheriffs.

They told me I had to move out to the sidewalk along the street 50 yards from the entrance. I asked why. One Sheriff said people were complaining. I said too bad. People can’t complain away my right to be there on public property.

The other Sheriff said this was County property and I had to move to the public sidewalk. I informed him County property is public property and I had every right to be there as long as I was not interfering with people coming and going.

I informed them that unless they could provide me with library policy in writing they had nothing more to say about me being there.

I continued to try to pass out info to passersby who seemed afraid they would be arrested if they took the handouts.

Eventually the goon squad went back inside and I continued my canvassing right in front of the huge glass double doors in full view of the jack boot wannabes’.

20 minutes later the Sheriffs came back out. They said they talked to the State Attorney and said I was allowed to be there as long as I was not accosting anyone. I asked if it looked like I was accosting anyone and they said no. I thanked them for their service and continued canvassing. I could see the peeved and brainwashed library staff through the doors arguing with the Sheriffs when they returned inside.

Oooohhh SNAP! Like apples? How about them apples.

The Constitution doesn’t defend itself. Get out to a library and have some fun. But don’t get tazed.

 Aren’t you shocked? You expected the guy be tased, admit it! Or arrested. Well, this time the  State Attorney was in a good mood. Scary. The Sheriffs had to make a phone call to the State Attorney to not arrest the guy. The phone call justice.

This particular time this particular State Attorney made the right decision.   Don’t you see a problem here?

In 2002, according to keriklegaltrust.com, “Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth the Second, also honored him with an honorary appointment as Commander of the Most Excellent Royal Order of the British Empire.”

In 2004, the Commander of the Most Excellent Royal Order withdrew as nominee for secretary of homeland security and resigned from Giuliani Partners “to clear his good name. “  “He continues to be a friend,” said Giuliani of the Commander and immediately renamed Giuliani-Kerik LLC to Giuliani Security & Safety LLC.

Earlier this month, Kerik was indicted on federal criminal charges.

A U.N. committee called the use of tasers “a form of torture.” Amnesty International estimated in hundreds taser related deaths.

Giuliani: “Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do.”

Ok, we get it. It’s all because of the war on terror. Just where is it all going?

Next we will see flying taser saucers zapping us from the sky. Don’t believe it? This weapon has already been built by Taser and tested in Houston. Then there is the crowd control taser. The Air Force secretary Wynne called for using it against US citizens first, before we try it on terrorists, because that “… would make it easier to avoid questions in the international community over any possible safety concerns.”

Yesterday’s poll showed Rudy Taser Giuliani as the best candidate to address terrorism. Just don’t tase us, bro!

“We’ve been tasered before. We know it’s not that bad.” That’s what the cop said to the woman in the video, after tasering her. 

Bill O’Reilly said about Andrew Meyer: “”I’ve been tasered for a story, and all I can say is: He is the biggest wimp in the United States of America.” Meyer is a sudent who had been tasered after asking questions of senator Kerry.

That idiot, O’Reilly, continued: “”It’s not pleasant, but that idiot, he wanted this to happen. He wanted the cops to do it.”

O’Really has been successfully selling  ”Don’t Tase Me Bro” bumper stickers – the phrase that Mayer made famous begging  the cops to stop. Of course they did not.

Now, the UN came out saying that tasers are a form a torture.   Embarrassing. You see, the UN committee made its comments in recommendations to Portugal. So it is kind of embarrassing – for the cops, O’Reilly, and Portugal. And for the UN as well, haven’t they heard of the USA?

Ok the cop tells the guy? to turn around a few times…So the guy complies by turning around and having his back to the cop and that is when the cop tazers him. The more I watch this the more furious I get. This cop is BIG TROUBLE

this officer knows he is lying. when you are in the wrong, the first thing you do is try to persuade other people to your side,? and that is what he does when he is lieing to the other officer. He INVITED the man to get out of his car. never said “don’t move or you will be tasered” or “you’re under arrest” HE EVEN THREATENED TO ARREST A PREGNANT WOMAN FOR DOING NOTHING WRONG! This cop is on a horrible and dangerous power trip and should not be working for the highway patrol. Seriously.

Most people don’t realize that the cop tasered the guy TWICE! The first one is easy to see, the other time was after the guy had fallen to the ground … the cop told him to roll and over lie face down on the ground and put his hands behind his back … the guy complied and then THE COP TASERED HIM AGAIN!
Also, the cop lied – he was arrested AFTER he was tasered. The officer should be fired and the guy’s attorney should sue the UHP for everything he can.

The thing that freaks me out the most though is that the poor guy falls right into the road when tazered. That could have been a fatal incident!

The fact that tasers are being billed by the manufacturers and users as NON-lethal is bullshit. Many people have died from being tasered. The
THUGS(cops) are now using them indescrimanately and in lieu of reason.

Listen to this lieing piece of shit claim he tasered the guy because he thought he was running away. This time it wasn’t you.
What about next time?

It is time that we take back this country and restore the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We are one more false-flag attack away from living in a complete fascist and dictatorial police state. The Military Commissions Act, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act and Presidential Directive 51 have set us up for this.

On a side note, back in August in Utah a driver of a SUV tried to run me down on my motorcycle several times.. I pulled over to the side of the road and called UHP to report the guy and that I thought my life was in danger… they told me no officers were available, but they would have someone call me in the next few days. Nice. UHP is outta control they don’t have time to protect citizens but they DO have time to attack them!

How does a cop who took 2 classes at the local junior college get to have that much authority?

Myrna Jones from Mount Vernon played $1 slot machines at the Yonkers Raceway casino. She won $80 but the machine did not produce a winner’s slip, so she called security. And then the nightmare began.

She was promply taken to a room where a state trooper accused her of hiding the slip in her bra as a scam to get another. A security woman conducted a strip search. They found nothing. After they kept her for two and a half hours, they came and said that they found the ticket in the machine.

 Some people might say that the casino should be able to protect itself against criminals. True. But it should be their risk if they become overzealous and invade  the privacy of normal people.

Maybe with airport searches we are not shocked any more with these procedures (“don’t you feel safer?” I am often asked.) We are getting accustomed that the end justifies the means. Let the police tazer us, if we ask a long question, let us take off the shoes and throw away water bottles, let them listen to our private conversations, and analyze our emails, because this is all for a good purpose. Stop complaining.

But the 65-year-old great-grandmother is suing. I salute her!

And another thing. The State Police did not return the call of the reporter. Why? And why should the public cooperate with the police if they don’t cooperate with the public?
